Once we started on site the project management was second to none, with regular updates and check ins. The trades were all amazing and delivered top quality workmanship.

Everything ran smoothly and on time, and from my point of view was totally stress free. I’m so impressed with the service provided and the quality of the finished product. We recently worked with Vince and the team at Luxe Ceramics on our bathroom renovation. This is the second time we had appointed them to assist us (they were the team we used for our kitchen renovations).

They truly are a full-service provider. Nothing is too hard, their assistance from tile selection to bathroom design, their attention to detail with each aspect of the job/process, ALL second to none. Right from the beginning we knew that both Michael and Vince from Luxe Ceramics, were the right team to work with us on the renovation of our house. My Partner and I met Michael at Home Base Subiaco and immediately fell in love with what Luxe Ceramics had to offer. No job was too big or too difficult for the boys. From meeting with us while still setting up their new showroom, to letting us take samples home and even storing our tiles until our build was complete. We couldn’t be more happy with regards to the honesty, service and product quality we received from both Mic Benino and Vince Terribile from Luxe Ceramics. After searching several other retailers for our preferred floor tile (and only to be told “sorry this is all we have”) Luxe Ceramics took the time and initiative to order in and provide us with 2 samples that were consistent with what we were looking for, and all within 3 days! Given it was not a product they were stocking in their showroom at the time I would assume their margin would have been minimal, so we felt it was such a nice gesture for them to supply us what we had been searching for.

There was no sales pitch or false promises about delivery times-stock actually arrived 8 days prior to the forecasted date. They even personally delivered 8 bags of glue when we ran out on site, and that was on the same day we called them to ask if they had more in stock. 6 star service, genuine and knowledgable, down to earth honest people!

I’m a big believer in “you get what you pay for”, this is why we selected Luxe Ceramics the place to purchase our tiles.
The team at Luxe Ceramics provided us with an outstanding service from the second we walked in. It can be quit daunting making the right tile selections however it was made easy as the Luxe Ceramics team guided us through the selection stage, it was like we had our own interior designer.
